A Silly Story

So of course with the coming of Halloween, the kids like to hear ghost stories and other spooky, seasonally appropriate things. We were waiting to pick up Matt at a bus stop one day so we decided to make up a story. It goes as follows:

Five little Cub Scouts sitting around a campfire. One stands up and gets bitten by a vampire.
Four little Cub Scouts hiding in a ditch. One stands up and gets taken by a witch.
Three little Cub Scouts screaming for their mommy. One stand up and gets bitten by a zombie.
Two little Cub Scouts trying hard to climb. One falls off and turns to slime.
One little Cub Scout ducked inside his tent. Along came a ghost and away they went.

And that is basically the story. The kids love it.
